Issue : Both the English and Japanese audio have popping sounds throughout the entirety of the film.

i noticed that too.. sometimes i hear a tick sound.. or was it my headphone?

It's not your headphones. I tested other videos to be sure it wasn't my speakers, but the crackling sounds on both audio tracks are consistently in the same spots every time I test the movie. It's definitely an encode issue.
